I. Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, etc

Description:  Anti-Inflamatory

Use all organic ingredients:

1. Slice a handful of Ginger
2. Slice 1/2 handful of Turmeric roots
3. A tablespoon of Black Pepper whole corn
4. A tablespoon of Cloves
5. A tablespoon of Rosemary leaves
6. A teaspoon of Fennel seeds
7. A teaspoon of Coriander seeds
8. A teaspoon of Black Cumin seeds
9. Use Filtered, Grounded water

Low simmer for 10 to 15 minutes in a kettle. Cool it down

Add Lemon to raise alkalinity
Add organic Honey to taste

 

 


II.  Avocado Leaves, Dandelion Root, Bitter Melon, Fenugreek Seeds

Description: Tea for Healthy Kidneys

Use all organic ingredients:

1. A few Avocado leaves
2. A tablespoon of Dandelion Root
3. A tablespoon of Bitter Melon
4. A tablespoon of Fenugreek Seeds
5. Use Filtered, Grounded water

Low simmer for 10 to 15 minutes in a kettle. Cool it down

Add Lemon to raise alkalinity
Add organic Honey to taste

 

 


III. Manjistha, Ashwagandha, Dandelion Root

Description: Tea for Healthy Lymphatic System

Use all organic ingredients:

1. A tablespoon of Dandelion Root
2. Add a teaspoon of Manjistha Powder
3. Add a teaspoon of Ashwagandha Powder
4. Use Filtered, Grounded water

Low simmer for 10 to 15 minutes in a kettle.

While warm, pour a glass full of the tea,

Add Lemon to raise alkalinity
Add Maple Syrup / Baking Soda Mix to sweeten and raise alkalinity.tea-for-flu
